IA STUDIO – Edition 1.1 Framework Announcement (January 2026)

Issued: 12 January 2026

Status: Public documentation update

IA STUDIO Edition 1.1 (January 2026) marks the formal consolidation of the Hybrid Reasoning Framework and the verified research record established through Project 001 – The 1834 William IV Sixpence.

This edition defines the structure, terminology, and transparency principles now applied across all IA STUDIO investigations, ensuring a clear distinction between laboratory-based evidence and interpretive computational tools.

The Hybrid Reasoning Framework integrates human analytical reasoning, digital modelling, and independent laboratory validation within a transparent, reproducible workflow for cultural-heritage research.

Developed through IA STUDIO’s first verified case study, published via the British Numismatic Society Research Blog (2025) and later discussed in The E-Sylum (Numismatic Bibliomania Society, 2025), Edition 1.1 demonstrates how AI-assisted reasoning can be responsibly integrated with verified scientific measurement in heritage science.
